This value-driven approach allows you to keep costs under control and still be assured of quality service.

The Complete Meeting Package begins with dinner on the night of arrival.

The Wyndham Virginia Crossings CMP includes the following:

Guest Room - Each conference attendee will have his/her own deluxe overnight room with high speed ether-net access, dual line telephones, data-ports, voicemail plus much, much more. In addition, our fitness room and outdoor pool/whirlpool are the perfect way to relax after a daylong meeting.

Generous Breakfast Buffet – Located in the Glen Restaurant

Lunch* - A scrumptious hot & cold buffet, In The Glen Restaurant complete with a full salad buffet and an assortment of signature salads, homemade soup, daily wrap sandwich, Chef's choice of three hot entrees with vegetable and starch, a variety of desserts, and freshly sliced fruit. Offering a full service action station

Dinner* - An elaborate Dinner buffet will be served to all guests in the Glen restaurant.  If your group requires a private dining or would like the convenience of dining in their individual guestroom, we would be more than happy to assist in those arrangements at an additional fee.

*Lunch(10 Day) & Dinner(5 Day) buffets are scheduled on a 10 and 5-day rotation, providing guests with a variety of options without worry of repetition throughout the duration of a program! Non-alcoholic drinks included.

Continuous Refreshment Breaks - Starting from 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Thoughout the day, we offer Starbucks Coffee, Tazo Tea, juice, soda and water. Continental items in the morning typically include: Fresh fruit, yogurt, bagels, assorted danishes, granola bars and rotating protein items (hard boiled eggs, smoked fish, etc.). Afternoon snacks include: Whole fruit, veggies, chips, pretzels, cookies, trail mix and M&M's. Guests can look forward to morning & afternoon "wow" items like chocolate dipped strawberries and warm artichoke and crab dip.

All F&B service charges are included.

Our Meeting Rooms are specially engineered with special features that include ergonomic chairs, tables with non-glare surfaces, high-speed Internet capability, and appropriate lighting and acoustics. Meeting kits in every room .Writing pads and pens at each setting. Audio visual components include the following: LCD projector, screen, two flipcharts and a podium with a wired microphone.

Business Services - Our complimentary 24 hour self service business center is complete with computers, printer and shredder.

FedEx services, shipping & handling are also available for an additional charge.

Flexibility - Our staff is available to assist you with any special needs, whether it is to add a specialty breakfast, reception, dinner, or upgrade your group to a customized theme party. Our package is designed to offer you and your attendees' flexibility in planning.

Recreation - 1,500 sq. ft fitness facility . Outdoor Pool with hot tub. ½ Basketball Court, Volleyball Court. 18 holes of Championship Golf (additional cost involved)

Parking - Each guest will receive complimentary self- parking.

Modified Meeting Package

Our Modified Meeting Package resembles our Complete Meeting Package, but can be tailored to the needs of your group. Package features include:

• Full Breakfast, served in The Glen Restaurant
• Accommodations
• Elaborate continuous refreshment breaks
• Standard audio-visual equipment, including an LCD Projector*, TV/DVD/VCR, flipcharts, microphone and more. * 25 person minimum for the LCD Projector.
• Extensive hot and cold lunch buffet, served in The Glen Restaurant
• Dedicated staff, including a technical and service support team, as well as a specialized meeting planner.
• Purpose built conference room, with ergonomic chairs and tables
• All service charges
• Complimentary parking

Day Meeting Package

In town for a day-long retreat or training seminar? Our Day Meeting Package is perfect for you and your group. The Daily Meeting Package is designed for one day meetings with lunch provided. Breakfast, dinner, and overnight accommodations are excluded from this package.

This package features:
